Breath, Body and Land Reconciliation - A Workshop for Women

What you can expect!

Upon arrival at 421 Mulvey there will be plenty of parking just behind the building close to the main entrance.  You can take the elevator or stairs up to the 3rd floor.  The boutique is located at #303.  You will be greeted at the door and welcomed to settle in the cozy space on your yoga mat.  (Please let us know if you need a chair and one will be provided upon arrival!)

This unique workshop is designed exclusively for women, offering a sacred space for personal and collective healing. Our focus is on the holistic reconciliation of breath, body, and the land, integrating mindfulness, embodiment practices, and connection and appreciation of nature. You are welcome no matter where along you find yourself on your journey of womanhood!

You will experience:

• A SUPPORTIVE community of women fostering collective growth and healing.
• ENHANCED self-awareness and emotional regulation through mindful breathing.
• A SAFE JUDGEMENT-FREE space to discuss women's health and wellness issues (there will be agreements regarding confidentiality discussed and you will share only if you wish to do so)
• INCREASED body awareness and a sense of embodiment.
• A RENEWED and deepened appreciation to the natural world.

Please wear something comfortable, bring your journal, a yoga mat and a pillow or folded blanket to sit on and an open heart!
